COACHES

Coach Palmer is a 2014 graduate of Neshaminy High School in Langhorne, where he played offensive and defensive line.  Coach Palmer was a member of the 2013 PIAA District One Champion Neshaminy team that reached the state semifinals.  After graduating, Coach Palmer continued his football career at Shippensburg University where he played offensive line for five seasons, being named a team captain as a senior.  He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physics in 2018.  Coach Palmer continued his football journey as the assistant offensive line coach at Shippensburg while working towards a master’s degree in STEM Education, which he earned in 2019.

After teaching stops at Shippensburg Area High School and Twin Valley High School, Coach Palmer came to Spring-Ford in 2021, where he has taught physics ever since.  He spent  his first two seasons with the Rams coaching the tight ends, followed by  two seasons coaching the offensive line.  2025 is Coach Palmer's first season as the Head Football Coach.

Coach Palmer resides in Wayne, with his wife Brittany.
